Pre-Order Shipping: Why Your Tracking Isn't Updating Yet

To get pre-order machines to you faster, we sometimes ship them directly from our manufacturer. This saves you waiting several weeks for our stock to arrive in the US.

  • Your tracking number may show only "Label Created" for several days. Tracking won't update until the package has cleared customs.
  • These orders ship Express, so they usually arrive about 2 business days after tracking starts updating.
