Warranties cover any repairs to your Tuft the World tufting machine, regardless of the machine model, just in case you mess up a pile-height adjustment or strip a bolt.

Service warranties for domestic (U.S.) customers include:

Any repairs, performed at our service center, within a 12-month period
Any parts we replace during the repair process, within a 12-month period
The cost of shipping your machine both to and from our service center, within a 12-month period

Service warranties for international customers include:

Any repairs, performed at our service center, within a 12-month period
Any parts we replace during the repair process, within a 12-month period
The cost of shipping your machine both to and from our service center one time, within a 12-month period. If you send your machine in for repair more than once, you’ll have to pay the shipping fees.

Warranty FAQ

Can I purchase a warranty after I’ve already received my machine?

Yes! As long as you received your Tuft the World machine less than 30 days ago, you can still purchase a 1-year warranty. Purchase the warranty as you would any product, and our customer service team will verify that you’ve received your machine within the last 30 days.

I have two tufting machines. Will one warranty cover both of them?

Nope, sorry. One warranty covers one machine.

I bought a tufting machine on Amazon. Will your warranty cover it?

No. Our warranties only cover Tuft the World tufting machines.

I purchased my machine along with a 1-year warranty 11 months ago. Can I extend it for another year when it expires?

Yes! You can extend your warranty for another year, as long as you purchase a new service warranty before the expiration date of your current warranty. To purchase an extension, simply add a new service warranty to your cart, and our customer service team will verify that you’re eligible for the extension.

I need a replacement part for my machine, but I want to put it in at home. Does the warranty cover this?

No. The warranty only covers the cost of replacement parts that our service technicians change out here in our service center. If you need a replacement part for a repair you’d like to make at home, contact support@tufttheworld.com for ordering information.
