Yes! As long as you received your Tuft the World machine less than 30 days ago, you can still purchase a 1-year warranty. Purchase the warranty as you would any product, and our customer service team will verify that you’ve received your machine within the last 30 days.
I have two tufting machines. Will one warranty cover both of them?
Nope, sorry. One warranty covers one machine.
I bought a tufting machine on Amazon. Will your warranty cover it?
No. Our warranties only cover Tuft the World tufting machines.
I purchased my machine along with a 1-year warranty 11 months ago. Can I extend it for another year when it expires?
Yes! You can extend your warranty for another year, as long as you purchase a new service warranty before the expiration date of your current warranty. To purchase an extension, simply add a new service warranty to your cart, and our customer service team will verify that you’re eligible for the extension.
I need a replacement part for my machine, but I want to put it in at home. Does the warranty cover this?
