Reflect Rewards: Signing Up, Earning and Redeeming Points

Reflect Rewards is our way of saying thanks. You collect points on your orders and other activities, then turn them into savings on future purchases. Here's everything you need to know.

Signing up

To join, just create a Tuft the World account here and start collecting points.

• Don't check out as a guest. Guest checkouts don't earn points, so be sure to create an account and log in before you order.
• Already have an account? You've been automatically enrolled in Reflect Rewards and given the points for creating an account. Your login and password are the same for our site and for Reflect Rewards.
• Only ordered as a guest before? You don't have a login yet, so you'll need to register.
• US customers only (for now). Reflect Rewards isn't set up in our Canadian store yet. We're working on it and hope to bring it to the Canadian site in the future.

Earning points

Once your account is set up, you can collect points:

• With every purchase: 2 points for every $1 spent. Purchases made through our app earn points too.
• By engaging with our social media. See the Earn Points section of the Reflect Rewards page for more.
• On your birthday, every year!

Got a Tuft product as a gift? Unfortunately, we can't transfer points. Instead, you could ask for gift cards, which let you buy the product yourself and earn the points under your Tuft the World account.

Checking your points

Log in to your Tuft account and visit the Reflect Rewards page to see your balance.

• Points can take up to 30 days to show up in your account.
• Only customers who logged in to an account were given points for past orders.
• If your points or past orders still aren't showing after 30 days, email us at support@tufttheworld.com with the subject line: Reflect Rewards.

Redeeming your points

1. Log in to your account using the account link in the footer of any page. (If you skip this, you can also log in from the rewards pop-up in the next step.)
2. Click the Rewards (Redeem) button at the bottom left of the home page, any product page or any other page (it doesn't appear at checkout). It takes about 3 seconds to load. The pop-up will either ask you to log in or show your current point balance.
3. Choose how many points to redeem. The rewards pop-up shows you how much you can apply.
4. Copy your unique code. A code is generated for the points you redeem. Add it in the discount code box at checkout to apply your discount.

Good to know

• You can redeem points for up to 25% of your order subtotal. If you need help working out the cart minimum needed, this information is shown at checkout.
• Points don't expire. Any points you don't use stay saved for future orders. But once you redeem points, the reward code expires after one year, so be sure to use it in time.
• You can combine a promo code with your rewards code. Enter both in the discount code box at checkout.
• Our app doesn't support redeeming rewards at this time, though you'll still earn points on app purchases.

Shop Pay asking for a code that never arrives?

That verification code comes from the Shop app, not from Tuft the World. Check that your email and phone number are correct in your Shop app account, then try checking out again. If it still doesn't work, email support@tufttheworld.com with a screenshot.
