Gift Cards: Buying, Finding Your Code & Using It for Workshops

Tuft the World gift cards make an easy gift for anyone who loves to tuft (or wants to start). Here's how to buy one, where to find the code, and how to use it for supplies or our in-person workshops. We've also included workshop and local pickup details.

Buying a gift card

• Our gift cards are digital. Buy them online on the Gift Card page of our website. There's no need to visit in person.
• After you order, we'll email you the gift card code. Share it with the recipient. They don't need any of your information to use it.
• Gift cards can be used for anything on our website, including supplies and in-person workshops. They're a great option if you're not sure which workshop date your recipient can attend.

Where to find your gift card code

There is no attachment. Your gift card code is a long, unique code written in the body of the gift card email itself. Enter that code at checkout on our website.

• If someone else bought the gift card for you, ask them to forward you the gift card email so you have the code.
• Can't find the email? Check your spam or promotions folder.
• If the buyer never got a confirmation, the email address may have been misspelled at checkout.
• Because of our payment platform's security settings, we can't look up or read gift card codes. We can resend the gift card email to the buyer, who can then forward it to you. For help, email support@tufttheworld.com with the buyer's email address.

Workshops

• We regularly hold in-person tufting workshops in Philadelphia, including drink-and-tuft sessions.
• Workshop tickets are booked for a specific date when you buy them. If your confirmation doesn't show a date, email support@tufttheworld.com and we'll get you scheduled.
• Food and drinks: We provide light snacks and drinks. You're also welcome to bring your own food and drinks or have food delivered.

Local pickup

• We'll email you when your order is ready. Reply to support@tufttheworld.com to let us know when you're coming.
• Pickup hours are Monday–Friday, 10am–4:30pm.
• Pickup is at the loading dock on Grays Ave between 54th and 56th Streets (5400 Grays Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19143).
