How do I sign up for Reflect Rewards?

Make a Tuft the World account and start collecting points. You can sign up here!  Please note that you wont accrue your hard-earned points if you're logging in as a guest so be sure to create an account!

At this time, please note that our Reflect Rewards are not set up in our Canadian store and are available to US customers only.

How do I know how many points I have?

My points aren’t reflecting in my account.

Points can take up to 30 days to reflect in your account. If you are having issues please email us at support@tufttheworld.com with the subject line: Reflect Rewards.

When can I use my points?

You can redeem your points by applying them to an order for up to 25% off your check out subtotal.  If you need assistance determining your cart minimum needed, this information will be required at check out.

At this time, our app doesn't support the rewards program, but you will receive points with purchases through the app.

Do points expire?

No, points do not expire.

I’m excited about collecting points, but I already have a customer login account. Do I still get points for creating an account?

So glad you’re already a customer! Yes, all pre-existing customers will be automatically enrolled in Reflect Rewards and given the points for creating an account. Your login and password are the same for our site as it is for Reflect Rewards. If you ordered as a guest, you do not have a login and would need to register.

Someone got me a Tuft product as a gift, can I get points for that?

Unfortunately we can’t transfer points BUT you could ask for gift cards that would allow you to buy the product and get points under your Tuft the World account.

I placed orders in the past, but don't see them in my account.

Only customers who log in to an account were given points for past orders. Do you have a Tuft account? This means you do NOT checkout as a guest. If you aren’t seeing your orders reflected, please email us at support@tufttheworld.com with the subject line: Reflect Rewards. Please note, points take up to 30 days to reflect in your account.

How can I collect points?

After account creation, members collect points with every purchase, by engaging with our social media (see Earn Points section for more), and on their birthday each year!

Is this available on the Canadian website?

Not yet--we're working on this and hope to have Reflect Rewards available on the Canadian site in the future.
