When will my order ship? We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days. Orders finalized after our daily shipping cutoff, or placed just before a holiday closure, ship on the next business day we're open.
Where are the instructions for my machine? The user manual and a link to our machine videos are emailed to you automatically when you place your order. If you can't find it, check your spam or junk folder. This is especially worth doing if the machine was a gift, because the email goes to the buyer, not the recipient. You can also email support@tufttheworld.com and we'll send the manual and the video link again.
