Purchase orders for organizations: We accept purchase orders from schools and other organizations, with Net 30 terms on invoices. Email your tax-exempt form and your PO to support@tufttheworld.com. In-stock orders are processed and shipped within a couple of days. Larger orders may occasionally ship directly from our manufacturer. You can pay the emailed invoice or mail a check.
Shopping in person: Our Philadelphia warehouse is not a store open to the public, and no one is there on weekends. You can arrange a weekday visit or pickup by emailing us ahead of time. Contact support for current availability.
Shipping in Philadelphia: Shipping is free if you live in Philadelphia, so ordering online is often the easiest option.
